Ring in the New Year at Wintergreen

Come to the Mountain for an exciting variety of New Year’s Eve celebrations to include dinner/parties (The Edge, Coppermine, Devil’s Grill), Teen Party (Discovery Ridge Adventure Center) and Kids Night Out (Treehouse). Below is the PDF link outline of festivities.

Ski slopes will close 1 hour early at 9:00p for fireworks preparations

Wintergreen New Terrain Opening Friday

 

Wintergreen New Terrain Opening Today and More Over the Weekend

Today Lower Dobie and the Blue Ridge Express Lift will open as well as Eagles Swoop with the Acorn Lift.  Lift Tickets will be 20% off. Potato Patch is anticipated to open on Saturday and The Plunge Tubing Park and The Highlands on Sunday.

We’re busy making piles of snow, but remember, in between skiing, eggnog, and cookies, try to squeeze in some tennis – you’ll feel better! The staff at Devil Knob Tennis will be serving a full plate of clinics from December 21-31. From Cardio Tennis and an Advanced Workout to Drills for Skills and Matchplay Madness.

Cold air arrives Friday.  Slopes to open Wednesday, December 26 – or sooner if weather is colder than forecasted.
