Activities at Wintergreen this Weekend

All Wintergreen real estate sales and no play makes for a dull day.  We don’t want you to say you weren’t in the know – check out all these great activities!

Highlights for the weekend

Discovery Ridge: Segway tours, The Zip, summer tubing, bungee trampoline, climbing tower.

Golf: Mountain course is in great shape for playing a cool game.

Tennis: Indoor and outdoor courts available.  Kids – check out the Nike Tennis Camps.

Spa: The Summer in Bloom special features an organic cucumber and aloe facial, manicure or pedicure – cool and refreshing.

Summer Music Festival: Week three features Beethoven. Guest pianist, Norman Krieger will give a recital on Thursday with three of Beethoven’s most popular sonatas. On Saturday and Sunday, Mr. Krieger will perform Beethoven’s 3rd piano concerto. Completing the all Beethoven program will be the Prometheus Overture and his 3rd Symphony, the Eroica. The Chamber concert on Friday evening will feature music by Erich Zeisl and Arnold Schönberg. And don’t forget the Run (or Walk) Vienna on Sunday morning. Refresh yourself following the run at the Coffee Concert with a Mozart divertimento and a piano trio by Zeisl.
