When showing Wintergreen real estate to newcomers, they are always surprised to learn just how big Wintergreen is and how many acres it includes (11,000). This map shows the big picture of what Wintergreen is. Most are surprised to learn Stoney Creek is simply another part of the Wintergreen development. Since the community is so large, the confusion is understandable.
