Looks like the latest snow storm total clocked in at 30 inches (give or take a few) – does it really even matter at this point! Mother nature has provided some 80+ inches of natural snow for Wintergreen skiers so far this year with more predicted this coming week. This will be a winter to remember. This just in – the National Weather Service has issues another winter storm warning for Wintergreen (and much of Central Virginia) for Friday and Saturday. Their footnote: "The storm has the potential to be similar to the December 19th storm" – which means accumulations in excess of 20 inches are possible! If you plan to ski Wintergreen this weekend, you need to get to the mountain before noon on Friday!
