I closed on the sale of another special Wintergreen Home on Thursday. The new owners are from Richmond and couldn’t be more excited. This home at 67 Indian Point Trail on Wintergreen mountain backs up to the George Washington National Forest  (a few million acres of National Forest for a backyard is pretty cool) and is just steps away from the Old Appalachian Trail. You can’t see it now, but when the leaves are down, this home will have spectacular 180 degree mountain and Shenandoah Valley views for six months of the year!
